Well, there you have it. Not guilty on all 10 counts, lessers and all. The first commentary I heard on radio after the live verdict reading was, “I can’t believe it. The sonavabitch got away with it all.” There was apparently some lady fan outside the courthouse with 10 doves and every time there’d be a ‘not guilty’ read, she’d release one dove. All 10 doves are, as I type, circulating happily over the courthouse, probably pooping on the cheering and crying fans. “So what would she have done if there were ‘guilty’s? Kill a dove?” asked the bitter radio DJ, who apparently lost a bet to his co-DJs now that MJ is acquitted of all charges.
Hey I just wanted to let you know that I was so captivated by your world that I spent an hour reading your Blog this morning. I think you are great and deserve so much better than the flake and/or your EX (don’t know if this is the same guy) Your thoughts are so deep, and the way your write is excellent. You said that you have been published? Did I get that correct? PS, I liked the pictures, but you should be careful of the close up of yourself (great picture of you by the way). Anyway just wanted to say that It seems like you have way more friends then you would ever need, but if you did need someone to talk to, I would not mind grabbing a beer or coffee. Just a thought, you have a great day.
Thanks, Bryan!
1. Ex and flake: not the same person. What makes you think the flake is even a guy?
2. A “dissertation” type paper I wrote for Sociology Honors in college was on display in a museum in NY that was having some Asian American exhibit, and after the paper was exhibited, it was then claimed by the Museum of the Chinese in the Americas as a national archive (in Chinatown, NY). I gave them the rights when my professor approached me with both museums’ requests. A poem I’d written was published in an anthology a couple of years ago.
