Probably the most positive of few uses of insomnia is spending it as quality time with someone you really enjoy conversing with. The workout I had once at 3am runs a close second to that. (You gotta love 24 Hour Fitness hours.)

So all your yoga, massages, spa treatments in Cancun didn’t help to cure your insomnia at all?
Oh, I didn’t have insomnia at Cancun at all. We were in bed usually by midnight or so, and we were up between 7a and 8a for our morning workout at the gym or yoga. Insomnia is apparently a home thing.
A home thing? then you can have the following options:-
1)go back to Cancun
2)find out other ways to get rid of it
3)stick with it (since you have found out 2 positive uses of it), hehe.
But seriously, in long run, this is really not doing any good …okok, I’m sure you already knew it.
