When I try to go into my gmail account to check email, I can sign in like normal, the little window pops up to say some security thing or other, I click that “yes,” I want to proceed, and then it just loads a blank white screen. 🙁 Anyone have any suggestions? Other sites (like this one) loads just fine so it’s not that internet has abandoned me. I’ve already cleared my internet cache (cookies, files and search history), restarted the computer, same thing.
If you’re on a different computer from what you normally use, it may be the version of the browser. Google mail requires v6.0+ of internet explorer. I’m not sure about other browsers though.
It also requires Java script and Cookies to be on. Sometimes, it may even be the version of java. If you are using Sun Java, try turning it off. In IE, go to tools -> internet options -> Java (Sun), uncheck JRE …. restart.
HOLY SHT IT WORKED!!! I could never have thought of that myself especially since I have no idea what I just did, so Jimmy, THANKS, YOU’RE AWESOME!! *HUG HUG HUG HUG HUG* And I’m not gonna mallet you.
Damn it, now it’s not working AGAIN! It worked for like 5 hours, I guess. And now we’re back to the blank white screen. *sigh*
