Wow! I am flattered that you think I had the will power not to eat that sin on a platter dessert. Oh and I actually had for breakfast a day or two later because I ran out oatmeal. Now that is a nutritious breakfast!

There's a diet suggestion that says to eat your meals backwards; heavy protein-rich dinner in the morning, medium-sized lunch, cereal in the evenings.

Now see, that would be the only reason I'd WANT to be depressed... (weightloss) except it'd backfire on me and I'd eat my depression away. I've been so busy lately that many nights I'm only eating a bowl of cereal for dinner. That's all I feel like eating anyway. Then one day I crash and eat a whole bag of shrimp scampi... YUM.

Wow, Jordan! Congrats! It takes me years to lose 14 lbs. I still haven't done it yet. =P Except the time I was depressed and dropped 30 lbs in a little over a month w/o doing anything.
