Aww, thanks! I read yours here and there, too.

I think what pulled me out of this one is divine intervention that kept me from making it worse at the height of the attack (well, the depth of the depression, maybe) and then a lot of you guys emailing and calling me and guiding me over the hump and then when I felt better, a shred of sunlight came and resolved most of the original stimulus, and then I just clung onto the light and refused to open my eyes to see the darkness. I know this sounds terribly unstable, but that’s because it is.

well, writing about things helps you – so that’s why you are documenting this. since you’ve been depressed before, you know you can pull out of it. believe me, you will pull out of it this time as well. hopefully next time you feel depressed again, you can go back to this entry and read the following entries to figure out what pulls your through all the tough times. maybe it’s as easy at getting yourself some chocolate godiva cheesecake.

Tom Cruise said that he is the expert on psychotherapy and psychology. He was interviewed on the Today show (being a COMPLETE ass) as he talked to Matt Lauer.. he was very concescending and would say things like “Matt I know you like to think you’ve done your research on mental issues, psychotherapy and post partum depression, but the truth is Matt, you have no idea what you’re talking about. Matt you are doing your viewers a grave injustice my reporting to them that you claim to know anything about psychology when you don’t. Matt, I studied psychology and I can claim that I am an expert in this field.. clearly all a woman needs to do is exercise and take vitamins, Matt, to overcome post partum depression… ” blah blah blah blah vomit blah blah puke…. Tom Cruise turned into such a f’ing hypocrite asswipe in the last year. He slammed Brooke Shields because she ‘came out’ about her post partum depression.. publicly calling her out on this. She returned.. and a verbal debate ensued. Brooke came out looking much better Ironically, Brooke delivered her daughter just hours before Katie allegedly delivered hers, in the same hospital, in the next room/suite. I say allegedly because I have a hard time believing Katie Holmes was ever even pregnant.

Google Brooke Shields and Tom Cruise, you will see he is quite an asshole. If you think it is 90% mental maybe you may want to look in to some type of therapy, herbal, councelling, or if at worst drugs. Either way I hate to hear of you upset, and I hope things get better soon
