I got today off (yeah, it was a huge shocker to me, too) so that I could attend Mr. W’s son’s graduation. It was a historical moment — Mr. W’s kids attend a new school, only 3 years old, and this graduating class is the school’s first ever, as the school opened up accepting only freshmen and sophomores.
To the graduation, I wore this outfit that had an unusual back, as so:
The graduation being outdoors from 3p-4p, I ended up this interesting tanline despite the sunblock I’d slathered on (you can also see my bikini string tanline toward the bottom of the photo; I got that when I hung out with Vanessa):
Speaking of Vanessa, thanks to her Boot Camp workout, I still have these mosquito bite war wounds:
Woah, talk about sexy back!
Ahhhhh you had the day off!!!! not fair!
Pssst.. By the way, I think you have an “X” on your back!
Damn that mosquito!!! Cute dress & I love your hair BTW–the length is so YOU!
Men like tan lines…
you totally bring sexy BACK to criss/cross tanlines.. haha
I didn’t know there was a new school near by. I love your dress and Congrats. to the grad!!!!
You wouldn’t have war wounds if you didn’t scratch them, but I can’t stop from scratching the heck out of mine too.
TurboTiger – Thanks! Thanks a bundle!
James – it’s MORE than fair, Mr. I-have-every-other-Friday-off.
Flat Coke – Yeah, damn ALL the mosquitos! Thank you! You can tell what length my hair is in that photo? It’s actually longer than the pieces that fell down, maybe a few inches past my shoulders now.
Jordan – Thank ya! I’m gonna have that song playing in my head all day. I just noticed that criss-cross tanlines seem to give the optical illusion of a v-shaped back.
Vanessa – We drive right by the school when we go to the Curry House, or to the tofu house, or to Elephant Bar, or to that one Mexican place we went to a couple of times…
And I DIDN’T scratch the mosquito bites at all. Thanks to your super-extra-psycho-strength hydrocortisone cream. As bad as they itched with the cream on, I can’t imagine what they would’ve been like without!
oh…. I scratched the heck out of mine! Darn those bugs! Well if you ever want to work out indoors or away from that park, just let me know. Oh.. and I need to start rnning for the 1/2 in September, so if ever feel like a run, call me up!!! 🙂
you crazy exerciser, you.
What an interesting design for the back of that dress. I believe any design would look good on your back, though! [… hmmm… not terribly inspiring, huh? I will work on it 😉 ]
Don’t sell yourself short, Jericho! Ooh, ooh, I’m SO inspired! To, uh, NOT go even out the tan on my back so that I can tote that “interesting design” on my skin.
