I was looking through my old emails to find a contact regarding the Orange County criminal case we did, and stumbled upon a whole gob of emails I hadn’t opened because I was away on vacation going nuts with Jordan and James in Florida. Among those were some photos taken by the secretary at the Service Awards Ceremony. Here’s me trying not to cry outwardly at having been here 10 years…
In the audience of my courtroom with another clerk, Star. Star was honored, too, but had quite a bit more over me in seniority.
Here I’m being roasted by the boss.
The big wigs (courthouse administrator, presiding judge of the district aka my Family Law Resource Judge, district court administrator) and li’l ol’ me.
These are the honorees who DIDN’T ditch the ceremony.
Noticing no photos of you sitting down in that skirt with a slit up to there…. Congratulations again.
Yay congrats.
I keep forgetting there are blogs out there… FBook has kind of taken over, ya know..
That’s great that your work has a celebration for important things like that. My work just gives you a certificate and most of the time they just come through interoffice mail.
Flat Coke – I was sitting in the 1st photo. 🙂
Jordan – I’m so behind in blogging. But a major problem is the photos. I took a bunch of them out of my phone and they’re at home, so I can only post photos from that computer, and I spend little time at home.
busykitty – I was trying to avoid the attention, too. I would’ve preferred the way your work did it.
