Hopefully, this'll learn ya from doing things on the cheep next time too! And I told you to quit getting your references for contractors from your KKK meetings- but you didn't believe me. WHY DIDN'T YOU BELIEEEEVE ME!???

1. I don't want to pay a deductible and do an insurance claim when the roofing company may take it upon themselves to repair the damages.
2. I don't know who you're referring to when you say "should he have been bonded, and insured, in the first place," but if you're referring to the roofing company, they WERE insured and bonded of course.
3. I don't see what insurance on a licensed contractor who worked on my roof has to do with my occupation.
4. They already did work on the new roof as part of their 5-year warranty, I wrote about that in this post.
5. I DIDN'T put this off, this post addresses the steps I have ALREADY taken with the roofers and what they've already done and what they're also going to do in the near future.
6. Who said I did this "on the cheep?" I didn't do this "on the cheep" and it's not coming back to cost me more because work done under their warranty doesn't cost me anything, which I also stated on this post, and there is nothing here to say I'm cutting any corners.
7. I also don't feel this is a "victimized minorities" problem; the roofers are and have been working with me and I'm not one of those people who cry and play the race card anytime someone doesn't leap tall mountains to do their bidding.

Thanks for your web site on Psychic Scams I just made A Post, I Hope you Like it. I may post another one soon.
As for Your Hole problem, It sound like you got an insurance claim, and should he have been bonded, and insured, in the first place, and if you do work as a court clerk, you should know that, and you should have an claim there as well, if he wont come through with his gurantee of the 5-year warranty on the new roof ? I know with the economy being what it is how everybody is cutting back but your are lucky they are still in business. So don't put this off, or the Black Mold problems can get your place condemed, if not fixed very soon. You Gotta get touff girl. no one like to do it, but sometimes people will just take advantage of minorities if they feel they can get away with it... and some people wont tell you there problems as to why they can't keep their word and fix it and make it right. Something else you did on the cheep, and now comming back to cost you more, not worth it if you cut corners too... accept you fate if you did, but its your responsability to act fast as you can,and get it fixed soon. I am not in Californa, so you know the Laws better than I do. I wish you the best Cindy and a good new year to you.
