…yup, still hating it.
The diet today has cottage cheese on the lunch menu. I was optimistic this time around, because the thought of cottage cheese did not induce the gag reflex that it used to. I thought, “Maybe I’m over this. Maybe it’s an acquired taste that you get as you grow up, like spinach or eggplant.” I was wrong.
As I sit here trying to swallow a cup of this crap, I am reminded of why I could not do this diet more often. Eating cottage cheese still is, in my opinion, like eating a lactose intolerant person’s vomit.
Don’t you have other options from the diet menu? So did you manage to swallow all?
Spinach or eggplant is always tasty. Hehe. I think bitter melon and celery are more of an acquired taste.
I actually wrote “bitter melon” first and then deleted it cuz I figured a lot of people won’t know what that is.
Great minds think alike heh. *wink*
Okok, you win since you wrote it first. 🙂
Bitter melon isn’t even an acquired taste. ALWAYS bad should be the description.
Actually, I have gotten to the point where I can TOLERATE a couple slices of the stuff, but no more than that.
