I got a comment on my site from someone who received a letter from Ms. Elizabeth and decided to do some research on her online, and the search engine brought him to this post of mine.
Curious how high up I ranked in the search engine for him to have stumbled upon my site, I googled “Miss Elizabeth.” All the hits were on some recently deceased wrestler named Miss Elizabeth. I then added the word “psychic” to the end of my search words and voila!, directly underneath the 2nd hit of Miss Elizabeth’s solicitious (I know that’s not a word, but it should be) web page itself, were my two posts on her in Cindy’s World.
I also found this scam site listed right after mine, 4th one down on the list, which lists her and 3 other mail “psychic” scammers. I’ve already received a similar mail solicitation from a Dr. Marissa Von Trapp, which means I’m likely waiting for 2 more, from a Skye Alexander and a Maria Duval. Because those 2 names sound familiar to me, I’m not sure I didn’t already receive solicitations from them in the past and just discarded them because they were SO poorly written.
I guess my spirit guide saw to it I got more of my curiosity answered: how many people are getting letters from Marissa Von Trapp, and are they identical? I guess they’re identical enough, and have reached a broad enough audience, to have made a discussion thread on its infamy google-able.
Probably someone commented this before. I think your site appears top in the google search list for many words. It’s a super hot site. Heh.
Sylvia Brown is coming to CA! And it only cost $35-$75 a ticket. Check it out . . .

I checked out her website and a reading is $750. Oh, I wish I was rich and could splurge.
Jade – yeah, it’s weird, I guess I do come up pretty high up on the list on google searches. I wish I had my stats back so that I can see how many hits I get on this thing.
Vanessa – I tend to not want people telling me what’s in my future. It sorta defeats the purpose of taking things seriously in life if I already know the outcome, and it messes with free will. Plus, I’ll start obsessing.
On Aug. 10th, 2006 I received what sound like same letter from Miss Elizabeth. Are we all ” in serious trouble” ? and Tuesday night, at 9:30, I know that I was not screaming. Well today Aug.15,2006. I received a letter from ” Dr.Marissa Von Trapp” Amazing the postage is the same as the other letter. and again I can be helped. Oh, I forgot, only $25.00 is what each one wants. I think not. Ithink Scam, how about you?
yeah, totally a scam. Save your $25 for a nice stress-reliever shoulder massage. That’d make you feel better faster than some fake psychic claiming to cast spells for you.
Hey you guys.. look where it got Miss Cleo, I mean inmate number 3348776-99… but she was silly enough to have own psychic network on tv
Good point, Jordan. That money must’ve come in real handy when she’s promising to pay the other inmates back bumming cigarettes off them.
I recieved a letter from Miss Elizabeth//dumb dumb me sent her the 25;00. Now she wants 50.00 more. I think not** screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me. not today!!!!
Maria Duval gouged me outta over $100 bucks; in my defense, I HAD just been diagnosed with advance Fibromyalgia on top of Parvo Syndrome AND Endometriosis which I have been battling for over 15 years. Then when SHE did not help, I got sucked in for another 25 smackers to “dr” Marissa Von Trapp, again I was sleep deprived with ill children & ready to scream at 9:30 at night…I’m so GULLIBLE when I am exhausted!!! Finally, I RESISTED the urge to respond to: Grandma Violet; Mother Natalia, Forrest Graves & Prayer Master Daniel (those last 3 ALL on the same day; they must be SLIPPING on their staggering system!!) and most recently today from Glorious Veronica!!
I have written requesting. then demanding my refunds per their “iron-clan writiien guarantees” and naturally have NOT received a penny in return (just MORE pathetic sloppier duplicate Maria Duval garbage letters, two “tarot” ones two days in a row, identical EXCEPT the 2nd one had 3 ACTUAL (flimsy & small) tarot cards included. Well, at LEAST I still have enough $$ left from my Lupron settlement to get a real decent massage or two, or possibly even a couple few acupuncture treatments.
THESE QUACK SNAKE-OIL SELLERS DESERVE TO BE TARRED & FEATHERED & RUN OUT OF TOWN ON A RAIL LIKE IN THE OLD WEST.
As P.T. Barnum said, there’s a sucker born every minute !!
Oh, I’m planning a psychic junk-mail bonfire for next weekend, anyone in the Baltimore area give me a shout back and we’ll burn ’em up good!! (Just MOSTLY kidding!!)Thanks for letting me VENT!!
Peace~~Big MO
I was wanting to let you know, if you didn’t already, that “Maria Duval” has already had a lawsuit against her in Western Austrailia and was forced to pay back all those she ripped off in 2002. She was also banned from doing any further ‘mailings’ or ‘business’ in that area. I have also heard rumors of the same thing happening in other countries as well. Yet I have not been able to verify this.
Boy, I’m glad I googled about Glorious Veronica! How do these things get started?? I think I’ve had them all. They hit the trash can and a few weeks later….. they’re back! The new one for today is Angela Almera. Please! Let it stop!!!!
It’s a real shame there are so many psychic scams out there. There are actually REAL mediums and psychics–like John Edward and Sylvia Brown–and others that the police do use to help solve difficult cases…but they never send out these letters which are both threatening and making ridiculous promises. As far as the money back guarantee…good luck!
Iam waiting for my reading. I mailed $25.00.
To date I have not received a word. My check
has been cashed in early January.
I want to request my money back plus $25.00 more. She promised to double my money back.
if I wasn’t satisfied with my reading. If you do not receive anything, does she triple it.
These people should be stopped soliciting
and asking for money and they provide nothing. Eileen
Can anyone give me her address. I lost mine and I need to send her a letter or email in order for the return of my money
My email is slotlove@ verizon.net
Here’s an address for:
Glorious Veronica
8703 La Tijera Blvd., Suite 203
Los Angeles, CA 90045
Maybe we should send them our junk mail 😉
When Glorious Veronica offered to send me a reading and a pendant for $25 I ordered it for amusement only. All the pitiful woman had to do was make up a bunch of silly lies to offer amusement to me.
Now she has a real physic to deal with. I wont do anything lawfully, I’ll just tell the dead and they’ll handle it.
To all people who want to know about their future, leave it to God only because only he knows whats coming in your life. Love to all, and much luck.

Man! Am I glad I googled! I have been bombarded with junk mail from Maria Duvall, Lise & Rose, Prayer Master Daniel and now Glorious Veronica…(to name a few) It is exhausting. These leeches are without conscious and have a heart of ice. They all need to be criminally prosecuted. They are all Charletans. Oh, I got one from The Amazing Kreskin as well. I am just waiting to see if he responds because he claims to stake it on his reputation. I did send him his fee, but has not apparently cashed it yet. I could not find anything in Google to attest to his honesty. So I am waiting to see.
Just got a new one today..Mother Natalia. She uses Russian Icon Tarot cards, for heaven’s sake! She is willing to GENEROUSLY waive her $300 fee and give me a reading, including my own “Secret Words of Power” for only $25! How could I pass up an offer like that??? Besides, her picture on the letter looks like she is about 110 years old. Surely someone that old must have some kind of powers, right? NOT… How can we get our names off these SCAM LISTS??
Boy do I get mother to daughter and then Marie Duval she alway say it would 6000-1000.00, no help! Lost 70.00 just a lot junk mail to read mother Natalia from LA,Ca. Then before I had Jean Claud and many more to come. When will someone ever be truthful and real. I guess I’ll keep trying to play the lottery for a lucky pull of numbers.
I,m writing to tell you folks that I too, have been receiving the same junk from the psychic scammers. It is important that you all know that they are tied in to same scammers that send you lottery numbers for money, letters telling you that you have won foreign lotteries that you never entered at all. Read their letters closely and remember the amounts of 33,500 & 42,500. Sometimes they refer to the currency as pounds. This is a gimmick I tried once. I answered, but included a note, saying that if they are 100% and guarantee my good fortune, why not work on my behalf and I’ll split my good fortune with you? No takers! Yesterday, I received a letter from Kreskin. He was writing me after midnite. Kreskin is a real person. Scammers disguise themselves as authentics. we fall for it. Kreskin’s letter had the typical small print, ” for entertainment only, results vary”. We all have tough times and these jerks will take advantage of you. I’ve read so many sad stories from seniors citizens that have been deprived of their savings by scammers. Be careful. God bless you all and me, too! The letters are frightening!
Hey, Everybody! It’s me again: Be careful of signing your name in your normal penmanship. Don’t give out your birthdate. You can be tracked by the process of elimination thru your state’s vital statistics board. Be aware of ID theft and please don’t send them money, or your bank info. Look out for mail that tells you you’ve “won” something. Remember names, Amanda Kane, Esmarelda, Serena, Maria Sarah, Suzi Yao, Monte Farber, Prof. Berren, and many others. Here’s a couple of secrets: 6115 Selma Ave. is a facility that appears to be a support center for the gay community, not a psychic. Serena’s picture on her letter is actually a photo of a woman that died in 1952. I’m sure that Mother Natalia’s photo isn’t authentic, either! If I’m not mistaken, there is one man in Geneva that heads up the swedish psyhic racket. A news team entered his beautiful mansion to question him about the accusations. Understand that if these people get you, you’ll not be able to retrieve your losses. They cannot be extradited to face fraud charges. Thanks website! You know you have to be helping many of us to become savvy about the scammers illegal actions. If any of you are dealing with Skye Alexander and trying to stop her from sending you her phony baloney, she will try and have a collection agency to collect the money from you. Don’t fall for that, either. Nuff from me! Be good out there!
Hi, Cindy!
I’ve gone broadband on my laptop. My email address is as above, now. I received a letter from Rebecca, Portugal and Master Yaun, Los Angeles, today. Have you ever heard of them? They are new to me! Please let me know if you, or your readers have heard of them.
Thanks,
Sandy
Hi, Sandy! Actually, I haven’t gotten any of these new solicitations from anyone. I think after I threw the first few away, I stopped the mailing list from spreading with my name. Rebecca is kind of a generic name, but I definitely have not head of Portugal and Master Yaun, I’d have remembered those.
oh god, im such a fool i was going through a bad patch lately and out of the blue recieved a letter sent to me from Frank Don saying i have golden lucky days and he would send me a golden ring to bring me wealth and happiness and every months guidiance for the price of £19.95 a month, i signed up. im such a fool havent heard from him nothing what so ever and it has been almost 4 weeks, i am such a fool. 🙁
Ummm, I really want to know if my BF is cheating on me…..Ok,Ok I know about the show cheaters…but is there any Real phychics out there? I read the comment about police using them, and I find that true, but I need one that is Cheap! and Real!!!!! Help!!!!
Don’t believe any psychic scam. these letters are not handwritten, they are post-pre-sorted, which means they are mass mailings. every one is getting the same letters. don’t believe them. I just got my thirtieth letter today from a Mother Natalia. Its probably really a short fat guy fattening up his bank accounts on scams. says: “Be not alarmed by this grim fact. 60 minutes before noon. Tuesday October 9th, there will be an explosion” Buullll…
Received the Golden luck letter from Frank Don. A mass mailing. Anyway while checking him out, google, came across this web site and found his was another scam. How do we get off these mailing lists? I get these psychic letters daily, some times several in a day. That and business opportunities.
the latter can easily cost you hundreds of dollars with little or no payback
Hi all, Yup got my so many scam letters all at once, what the heck, anyways, their are real pyschics that have credit and good reputation unlike these chain letter scams, If anyone wants to check out something cool and still be cautious but at Kasamba, explain what your looking for specifically then they give u a list of profiles – you can check into their many profiles, check out what people say about their service and usually will work with you at a decent price depending of what you need and talk with them before you hire what ever service you need, I hope this helps, but i am comming to a conclusion no matter what God really is the best answer of trusting for your future-He doesnt charge LOL
I have been compiling a list over several years of pyschics, wonder drugs, lottery, and other types of scams. I can tell you where they all go to. Most use the same PO Box number at a new location. That tells me that they are the same person, with a different scam. I have tried to contact the Post Office but no use. They all know how to beat the system. If any one would like the info I have I’ll be glad to sent a copy of it.
Ya I got tons and tons from all sorts of people claiming all sorts of abilities, and powers, most of them asking for 25 dollars, whats funny is i moved and they sent all their stuff their first, i replied to one from that address but told them i moved, i spelled my name wrong on purpose, all of sudden same letters start arriving from all the same 25 people, making fearful notions how i will either loose a loved one, I do have money problems but who doesnt- only thing that will make it better is to work hard and eventually pay it off, instead of paying 25 dollars to each of those people, Not only Elizabeth or ms von trap comes from la tijera but also valerie Parker PHD, theirs so many others too, I am sure their are legit people out their but with all the same postage prepaid stamps , oh and the one i did reply to, Heather Grant- shame on me once- I even did research, and ya she sent stuff, but it was past dates – and then you get letters from others aying i know others have failed you but i wont, ya right, i learned my lesoon, If anything good came out of it, i am reading my bible again, and learning to accept circumstances and asking for Gods Help- ITS Free! I hope everyone finds answers
Anyone know anything about Violet Parker?
Does anybody know of a psychic called Angela, she lives in Playa Del Rey. I have a suspicion that she is a big time scam artist. Anybody know her?
For the person who wrote #32 about Angela the psychic, i would be interested to know what information they have on her. do you know her “real name”?
I have been receiving mail from Maria Duvall claiming to have seen good fortune and I can safely say nothing has happened so she can not be a good source to beleive in or trust.
I recently noticed a relative has been suckered into these psychic scams getting all this mail from them saying she’s going to win it big. I found a bunch of this stuffed into her chair of pentagrams, and photos of these people, and locks of hair!! I’m concerned as to how much she’s spending on all of these acclaimed ‘charms.’ Can anyone give me Grandma Violets contact info, or Maria Sarah?
I’m personal friends with a boatload of psychics, and if they’re that good they are booked with readings, not sending out scam mail to a list of people who reply to the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes!
Pure and simple! If they ask for money, theyre frauds, No good and honest psychic like sylvia brown will solicit by mail. They simply dont need the money that desperately. I can look into my crystal ball and see who’s making the big bucks. PLEASE!
I must admit that i Feel quite stupid because I replied to a number of these scams and felt a little off but did not follow my instincts. Ofcourse I never felt that they would refund the money, so I had already dicided that was a loss. I got them form Maria Sarah, Lise & Rose, Joseph Von Jalan,Johann Christensen,The seer,Maria Duval,Carla Nina, Agnes Saint Pierre,Joan, Rosaleen, Jean Mars, Dr Rob, Caterina La Cruz, Carmen De Callada, Marie Desparance,Marie La Chance,Barbara, Count Dragomir Dimitrova, Meodotes, Evastrella, and a few morePaul Wagner, Honorine and whatever. There are a few more that I cannot remember at this time, oh yea Thomas Lyson, Georges Martin de Montreux And Paul Frotune whom I have not found out anything about, also Chris Barnett

I am APPALLED at the number of poor individuals that are victims of identity theft, lottery scams and marketing fraud. Most are just gullible, innocent, naive and sometimes sick and elderly persons that are being taken advantage of and incessantly harassed. This must STOP!
TO EVERYONE WHO RECEIVES JUNK MAIL: wipe your ass with the letter (make sure you have the runs), put it back in the reply envelope and return to sender!!!!!
ALL OF THESE SO CALLED PSYCHICS,MEDIUMS, ARE FAKE AS HELL!!!!!!!!!! SO I WARN YOU ALL DO NOT FALL FOR THERE BULLSHIT!!!!!! TYLEDARR
My husband received a letter from Gabriela Gabrabalia von Romulus saying that Carmen (a colleague of her’s) had a premonition so she invited Gabriela to stand with her in front of our house to confirm her premonition. It went on to say she would do a reading ABSOLUTELY free. Well he got a bill for $28.72 because she had to hire a specialist to draw up the necessary ‘Astrological Determinations’ plus $25 for ‘the behest of Gabriela a Lui’s chain. WHAT A RIP!!! He also received a letter from Joseph von Jalan. Guess where that letter went!
I just received a letter from Joseph von jalan telling me he will give me an analysis for Free for fortune and then immediately following sent junk mail with an invoice for someone else that he had consulted with. Just throw it away when you get it. It is not worth your efforts to get caught up in shanagans like these. it is someone preying on poor individuals that are desparate.
All your comments have been interesting. I have found out that the claims of The Institute of Wellbeing false and misleading and probably does not exist. Have received correspondence today from Lise and Rose asking me to choose a card, burn it and keep the ashes. Decided to check web for them as they just look like two old grannies. Thanks everyone for your comments.
Angela Almera from The Netherlands is one of the most devious scammer whitch ever borne.
She send you a businesslike refund guarantee but when you ask for it you will not see it. It will fall on deaf ears.
Netherlands must be a very hospitable country for scammers. More junk originate from there than anywhere else in the world.
Joseph
Just adding a comment to Joseph von Jalan.
He is a part of a network operating out of North USA.Those people do not even promisse refund. Many of them just like thiefs.
The government should be able intercept their letters if we all get togehter and would do something about them. There is got to be some kind of law against that kind of activity to put them out of business.
As like the others who recieve this junk mail I was suckered in by gabriela, she would do a reading for free, but now I owe her 28.72, I don’t know if this is legal but I want to warn you that its a complete rip-off.she also charged me for collection charges.
Maria Duvall got me first then everyone and their mother started sending me psychic B.S. about hoew they could give me the lotto numbers to play and all the other crap they play you with. STOP ANSWERING THEM!!!!!!!Throw it all away and leave it in a Higher Power to help you
All(or most) of these “psychics” are not real, but poeple operating out of their homes using various astrological software programs. I know, because I recently received a booklet from the “Leo Scopes Company” out of Phoenix, AZ (with a PO box, of course) listing many types of this kind of software. While I feel that this particular company’s intentions were not malicious but simply another mail order business, it promotes this scam, because anybody with a computer and a PO box can get ahold of one of these programs and take advantage of the many poeple out there who are truly down on their luck. That’s the sad part.
