You know how sometimes you’re reading a blog, and that blog refers to another blog, and you think, “Oh, that’s cool, they’re supporting each other’s blogs.” But then sometimes one blogger talks about another blogger as if they actually know each other, and then they talk about meeting each other and lifting the blogger interaction from the pixelated pages of the internet onto a real live 3-dimensional face to face interface. I know what you guys all think — “Pssh, they don’t actually know each other! It’s all just an act, a scam, shenanigans to hype their blogs. Everyone knows bloggers don’t have lives, and are too socially inept to deal with real human interaction.”

BBS Meets 😛
this was nothing like a BBS meet. for one, only 3 of the 4 of us are bloggers. also, we’re normal responsible adults, not children who secretly mail cash to BBSes so their parents won’t find out about the cybersex they’re having, or adults who date the children who secretly mail cash to BBSes to have cybersex affairs with them.
Or was that just on YOUR board?

I know, Wilco! She’s not flat, strung out on coke NOR followed by flies! But she was what I expected cuz I’ve seen pix of her on her blog before. In fact, I turned around on the cell phone while she was in line and we spotted each other instantly. The funny thing is that she’s a Tennessee girl dressed like an LA city girl, and I’m an LA girl dressed like a cowgirl. I *think* it was all a coincidence.
It’s the same thing…. Almost! You run into normal adults on the BBS as well. It’s just rare.
Dude, I was hit on and given sex offers by 28 year old men when I was 17!
(And no, I didn’t take any of those offers, no matter how many user credits they promised to transfer to my account, thankyouverymuch.)
So how do your readers know that your didn’t photoshop her in???
(raising hand).. well I can answer that. I happen to know both of them and I introduced them sorta kinda. haha… so there ya go.
AND.. although I’ve met Cindy in real life and haven’t seen her in months, I’ve asked her to photoshop me into other photos (like her bday pics at Disney) and she wouldn’t do it!!!
