The guy on the radio this morning was making fun of how women always say we want a man with “personality” and “a sense of humor,” but when we really find a guy with that, the hot ones don’t laugh at his jokes (probably cuz they don’t get it) and too many hot celebrity girls have humped Josh Hartnett lately that the radio guy would have more respect for women if we were just truthful in saying personality comes waaaay secondary to a nice ass, or something like that.
But he’s right…what tops our cliche list are honesty, sense of humor, good personality. Which makes me wonder — what tops the guys’ cliche list for what they want in girls? I don’t think I ever knew. We tease men and say, rolling our eyes, that they just care about boobs and ass, but what do the MEN say they want?
I think it depends if the are looking for a girl to sleep with, in that case that she has a vagina, butt and mouth!
For relationship, hmmm… Of course, the above! I would think loyalty …

But yeah, that’s what Jay wants. What is on the male cliche list of wanted traits in a female mate?
I’ve read enough of their profiles (pretty much all the same)… they want someone:
1. attractive / good looking
2. sexy
3. smart or “intelligent” although half of them spell it “inillegent”.
4. fun
5. sense of humor
6. can wear black dress as well as jeans
this seems to top most of their wants… but the truth is….
tits and ass
So appearance ranks high as it is mentioned in 3 out of the 6 top requirements. Why don’t they just WRITE “tits and ass,” then? haha.
I think I have a sense of humor, it’s just that most people don’t get mine. :/

John Prine has long been one of my favorite songwriters, and when I was 23, I heard a song by him that has stuck with me… Maybe it’s because I fancy myself a songwriter, but these lyrics say more than appear at first listen/read:
“Elvis had a woman with a head like a rock. I wish I had a woman who made my knees knock. She’d sing like an angel and eat like a bird, and if I wrote a song, she’d know every single word.”
oh… and by the way, I care none at all about tits… ass, well a nice ass would be good, but not imperative. My most recent girlfriend was an A cup. To this day, she’s still the hottest girl I have had the pleasure of dating. Of course, she had a great ass. 😉
Jericho – Hmm. Is “a woman with a head like a rock” an insult? Cuz Priscilla Presley sure became quite the successful businesswoman after Elvis’ death if Prine is implying she’s stupid/thick-skulled, or even a hard-head. Or maybe he’s complimenting that she’s not soft-headed? As far as eating like a bird, this happens to be the 2nd time recently that I’ve had opportunity to bring up that birds eat 2-3 times their bodyweight daily. So what does that mean? At least it’s clear that his woman would be a determined fan of his.
If you’re referring to the girl whose bikini-clad photo you had up on a post, then I’ll have to agree that yes, she IS hot.
