That’s right, I swear all the time in court on the record. As in, “You do solemnly state that the testimony you may give in the cause now pending before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God.”
Personal Reminder/Personal Mission:
I was emailing some encouragement to a friend today (6-20-05) and after I was done w/my email, decided I should copy a portion of it to myself to stay on track. Said portion is as follows.
I’ve only recently come to realize how important interpersonal bonds are. Once I broke up with the ex, I felt so alone. Everyone was married or had their own thing going on since before my breakup. The only solution I’ve found is to set up lots of pillars in my life. Ideally we’re supposed to have work, family, friends, significant other, spiritual fulfillment, physical fulfillment as our pillars in life. When i had the boyfriend, just about everything else was neglected and all I had was the significant other and work. I’m adding pillars like mad right now. Learning, experiences, friends, physical challenges, traveling, family, trying to reconnect. I hope you’re not too busy to give that a whirl. I don’t recommend hooking up w/someone just to have “somebody” when you get home. That makes you susceptible to settling, and the problems associated with being with someone not right for you is not worth the feeling that you have someone to go home to. An empty house is better than a house with bad tenants.
My Sign
I found this on another Cancer’s site but this is so amazingly accurate of me that I had to steal it:
Cancer’s element is Water. Symbolic of the emotions, water
signs need to give and receive. They thrive on the exchange
of feelings. They need security and love to be wrapped in
an environment of love and comfort. Truly a wonderful
example of Yin receptivity, Cancer seems to absorb
memories, feelings and psychic messages. Of course, they
send back their own good vibes in the process. The
cardinal’ motivation energizes their strong ability to
provide for others. Few work as hard and as tenaciously as
Cancer. Without the balance of Yang assertiveness, however,
Cancer’s confidence can be a bit wobbly. After all, the
Crab is so very sensitive to everything. Just as the sign’s
ruler, the Moon, goes through phases, Cancer often
experiences mood-swings. Sometimes the desire to love
results in giving too much. In such cases, the Crab can
become over-protective or dependent. Balanced, the Cancer
adds personal independence to his or her priorities.
Hi Cindy,
I was wondering if I could add your DL 1/2 Report and photos to my website http://www.DisneyRunning.com? The would be a great addition.
